| Step 2: Planning Your Trip |
|
Once we know your preferences, we will provide an estimate for the total cost of your procedures and services. Medical Tourism Partners will help with the visa, book your air travel as well as accommodations for your companion, and coordinate with destination hospitals and doctors. We will set up your entire trip package/itinerary from start to finish. We will also process and safely transfer your medical records so that your privacy is fully protected.

| After you have reviewed and decided on all your travel and accommodations we will confirm your reservations. (We will be available to answer your questions at every step.) We will provide you with a detailed itinerary and destination information. At that time payment and a deposit for travel and accommodations will be required. We will also notify you when payment is required by your medical providers. |

| Step 3: Travel to Treatment |
|
We will assign a local representative to be your host destination manager, who will arrange transportation from airport to hospital or hotel depending on your itinerary. A mobile phone will be provided for a nominal fee.
At the hospital, after the registration process, you will be accompanied to the initial consultation with the surgeon/physician. The attending physician will make the determination in terms of the pre-surgery tests that are needed. Once you agree to the procedure it will be |
done shortly after all the test results are available. You will be staying at the hospital during the necessary recovery period.
Depending on your procedure, if further treatment such as physical therapy is required at the destination, you may need to extend your stay. Once your physician has authorized you to travel back home, we will arrange transfer of all your records back to your primary care physician for the follow-up. |

| Step 4: Travel Home |
|
Your host destination manager will accompany you to the airport. Medical Tourism Partners will follow up on your treatment and medical records transfer and coordination of destination hospitals/doctors with your primary care physician or therapist. |
